Jerry Dixon currently serves as Vice President of the Engine Components and Valvetrain Systems Business Unit, North America, at Schaeffler. Within the role, he is responsible for the production, research, and development for numerous valvetrain technologies that Schaeffler offers for internal combustion engines. Jerry joined Schaeffler in 2010 as a system development engineer and has held roles of increasing responsibility, most notably manager of UniAir systems development and later segment manager for UniAir systems production. He previously held positions at Booz I Allen I Hamilton and Stellantis North America (formerly Chrysler LLC). Jerry holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Oakland University.
Michael Franke, Senior Vice President, Engine and Hybrid Powertrain Systems, FEV North America Inc.
Michael Franke is Senior Vice President of Engine and Hybrid Powertrain Systems at FEV North America, where he is responsible for hybrid powertrain development including internal combustion engines and fuel cells for automotive, commercial, and industrial applications. Since joining FEV more than 25 years ago, Michael has held various positions in engineering, program management, and business unit management. He has been instrumental in creating new capabilities and expertise for FEV in engine and powertrain development to support customer projects from concept to series production. Michael holds an engineering degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen, Germany.
Warren Seeley, Ph.D., Director for Business Development for Fluids & Thermal, Siemens Digital Industries Software
Dr. Warren Seeley currently serves as the Director for Business Development for Fluids & Thermal at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where he leads strategy for both conventional and e-Powertrain solutions, primarily with Simcenter STAR-CCM+. He has more than 25 years of experience in engine development and in the simulation industry, including 18 years with Ford where he served in various roles before becoming the Engine Performance Development Manager, responsible for both Testing and Simulation. Warren holds a bachelor’s degree and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Coventry University in the U.K. and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
