Tech Talks: Aerospace

Flexible Composite Sheets, Extrusions, and Capabilities

There are numerous applications for which flexible composite sheeting and extrusions are uniquely suited, which will be highlighted in this 20-minute Tech Talk, along with new materials capabilities for emerging market needs such as EMI and RFI shielding. Attendees will learn about high-permeability materials that can be used for a variety of applications in markets like aerospace and defense and medical devices.

Questions answered in this Tech Talk include:

  • How are the materials manufactured?
  • How can we characterize materials to ensure a proper fit for an application?
  • How do we achieve magnet strength to fit application needs?
  • What information is needed to determine the right product for specific applications?

An audience Q&A follows the technical presentation.
