On-Demand Webinars: Electronics & Computers

Introduction to Requirements-Driven PCB Design

SPONSORED BY:

Requirements play a crucial role in every aspect of product development — but too often they’re buried in static spreadsheets or documents, remaining disconnected from designs. Outdated requirements-management tools hinder collaboration between systems architects, hardware engineers, manufacturing teams, and customers, increasing the risk of rework, traceability issues, and project delays.

Some next-generation cloud collaboration platforms equip engineering teams with modern, easy-to-use software for requirements management that integrates seamlessly with the ECAD environment. The result is improved collaboration, stronger stakeholder alignment, and accelerated time to market.

This 30-minute webinar will provide an introduction to requirements management in one of these cloud collaboration platforms. The program will demonstrate how to leverage the latest AI technologies to translate system requirements into clear electrical specifications, link them to designs for full traceability, and verify implementation right from the platform. The session will include real-world use cases, practical tips for boosting collaboration, and a look at the future.

Attendees will learn:

  • Why more mid-size electronics teams are adopting requirements-management tools
  • How to integrate requirements into the PCB design processes
  • How AI technologies and automations can accelerate the requirements process

An audience Q&A session will follow the technical presentation.
