Supply chain turbulence has left many wondering what move to make next. Disconnects between design and supply chain processes can cause even further disruptions that impact the entire organization. Addressing supply chain risk during design allows organizations to move beyond reactive supply chain management and to stay ahead of supply chain fluctuations.
In this 30-minute webinar, attendees will discover how adopting a design-for-supply-chain (DfSC) strategy can align engineering, sourcing, and operations to create innovative, manufacturable, scalable, and resilient products. The program will highlight the need for a shift-left approach, stressing the importance of synchronized decisions from the beginning. Attendees will discover how integrated platforms can streamline workflows, enable proactive decision-making, and overcome common obstacles like managing data across multiple sites and outdated design information.
Key topics include:
- Adopting a shift-left strategy
- Steps to overcome supply chain challenges
- Advantages of a design-for-supply-chain approach
- Integrating supply chain intelligence during the design phase
An audience Q&A session will follow the technical presentation.
