Then we carefully source every part from our extensive network of suppliers and partners. Next, we optimize our floor layout and tooling processes to streamline the assembly routing and flow, based on simulations for MRP materials, labor efficiency and floor-space capacity. As your test station components arrive at our high-volume facility in Mexico, we carefully inspect them and maintain scorecard systems to rate supplier performance and quality. Upon final inspection and approval by an Averna Quality Control Engineer, we photograph the stations just before securely crating them for shipping to your facility or your contract manufacturer sites anywhere in the world.
