Designed to install Heat/Ultrasonic type Inserts, the Model HA has been optimized for speed and performance with any Heat/Ultrasonic type Insert used in thermoplastics with up to 45% glass/mineral content. Equipped with a vibratory feeder bowl, the Insert is automatically delivered to the installation site eliminating the need for the operator to handle the Insert throughout the entire installation process. As they advance into the main heat chamber, the Inserts are heated to the desired installation temperature. This feature provides multilingual conversion capability, real-time machine status, cycle counter, temperature and feeder controls, and explicit fault indicators.
