Advances in Vector Network Analyzer Test Systems

A Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) test system provides several benefits to engineers, including detailed insight into signal reflections, transmission, and phase information. In emerging, high-frequency PCB designs, VNA cost-effectively measures impedance with high accuracy and repeatability, making it ideal for characterizing and troubleshooting RF and microwave components. There have been significant strides in expanding the environments in which VNAs can be used, from handheld test sets to medical and underground applications and various integrated systems.
