WS6–200 IR3 wavelength meter for wavelength measurements (from 2μm to 11μm) in the mid-infrared (IR) region.
TOPTICA (Victor, NY) has announced its WS6–200 IR3 wavelength meter for wavelength measurements (from 2μm to 11μm) in the mid-infrared (IR) region. The WS6–200 IR3 permits both CW and pulsed lasers with narrow-band emission to be examined, monitored, and controlled. Based on a Fizeau interferometer setup with no moving components, the wavelength meter and its detector process complex algorithms and enable single-pulse measurements up to a repetition rate of 150 Hz. A fiber input port couples the laser radiation into the wavelength meter. A USB interface connects the device to a computer. Multiple options include: PID control, TTL synchronization, and linewidth measurement. The meter has 200 MHz accuracy and 150 Hz measurement speed.
