CCD Imaging Camera

PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, Fremont, CA, has introduced the MultiBlue^TM CCD camera, a multi-purpose imaging camera that features a modular design that provides OEMs with a choice of imagers that can be incorporated into the camera, which includes a temperature-stabilized design to eliminate cooling. The camera features a 12-bit output depth, and USB 2.0 and IEEE-1394b FireWire interfaces for dual plug-and-play connectivity.
