In cooperation with partners and sponsors, Advanced Manufacturing Minneapolis is supporting the Minnesota career force and community with the introduction of its Tomorrow’s Leaders Program, new to the event in 2023.
Through the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program, the event strives to contribute to ensuring future qualified engineers and manufacturing professionals are ready to lead through education, connection, and exposure to the manufacturing industry and engineering professions.
Grouped into two tracks, the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program will bring education, networking, and supplier opportunities to local professionals emerging in the manufacturing and engineering industries and, separately, under-represented and minority high school students exploring career paths.

- Pre-event planning tools on the event’s digital platform
- Careers & Coffee, a morning networking session with experts available to discuss resume reviews, entrepreneurial guidance, interview tips & more at the event
- Networking receptions at the event
- Expo theater education geared to this experience level
- Exhibitor & supplier introductions at the event
- Exhibitor & supplier white papers, product information, and design resources on the event’s digital platform
