Eddy Current Displacement Sensor

The eddyNCDT 3005 from Micro-Epsilon, Ortenburg, Germany, is a high-performance eddy current sensor system designed for precise and fast displacement measurements. Used for measurements with micrometer accuracy. These inductive sensors are designed for ambient temperatures from -40 °C to over +200 °C and are insensitive to temperature fluctuations thanks to active temperature compensation. They perform particularly well, with micrometer precision, where pressure, contaminations, oil, and high temperatures occur.
