The SPMArray from sensL (Cork, Ireland) is the first four-side scalable low-light-detecting silicon photomultiplier array for use in markets such as medical imaging, homeland security, radiation detection, analytical instruments, and high-energy physics. The four-side scalable low light detector features a small form factor that makes the SPMArray suitable for weight and space constrained handheld radiation detection and identification systems. The package used in the SPMArray is not impacted by large magnetic fields and is designed to be magnetic compatible up to 3 Tesla.
