Capable of 100 fps streaming with a 45% larger FOV and <2e- of read noise, the optiMOS sCMOS camera from QImaging (Surrey, B.C., Canada) delivers 10× the time resolution of CCD cameras. Other device features include greater temporal resolution (100 frames per second); 2.1 megapixels with 6.5μm pixels, 14.3 mm diagonal; <2e- read noise; and 420MB/s data rate.
