10BASE-T1L Isolation Transformer

The ZE2531 Isolation Transformer from Coilcraft, Cary IL, is designed to provide galvanic isolation for Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) networks, supporting 10Base-T1L and Power over Data Line (PoDL) for transmitting both data and power over a single twisted pair cable. The part is compliant with the IEEE 802.3cg standard. It works with 10Base-T1L common mode choke and power injection chokes as a complete solution for 10Base-T1L applications.

Nikon Metrology, Brighton, MI, has launched three new ECLIPSE microscope models, the LV100NDA LED, LV100ND LED, and LV100N POL LED, to strengthen the company’s comprehensive range of industrial microscope solutions. These new microscopes have adopted a high color-rendering LED light source that achieves more natural observation. Snap Ferrites

Würth Elektronik, Waldenburg, Germany, is expanding its STAR-TEC and STAR-TEC LFS snap ferrite families, used for retroactive suppression of frequency-dependent and conducted interference on single conductors in the frequency range from 1 MHz to 1 GHz. The STAR-TEC LFS was specifically designed for low-frequency applications in the 300 kHz to 30 MHz range. Designed specifically for thin cables, they can be attached without additional tools.

High-Grade Milling Tool

Walter, Greer, SC, has introduced a new milling grade, PVD-coated Tiger·tec® Gold WSM36G. It has an aluminum titanium nitride (AlTiN) coating that features excellent layer bonding, which is topped with a gold-colored zirconium nitride (ZrN) coating layer for the best wear detection. As the ZrN coating wears, it reveals the violet bronze color of the AlTiN coating. The WSM36G grade increases tool life by 50 percent compared to an existing grade.

These reverse geometry resistors have power ratings of 0.3 W in a 0306 package and 1 W in a 0612.
