AMETEK Technical & Industrial Products (Kent, OH) offers the Nautilair® 8.0" variable speed pre-mix brushless blowers that deliver a measured air/fuel mixture to optimize combustion and reduce nitrous oxide and carbon monoxide emissions. The single-phase, standard-output blowers achieve a maximum sealed pressure capability up to 9" of H2O, and maximum open flows exceeding 100 CFM. They accept line voltage input of 120 VAC.
The blowers incorporate polypropylene housing and impeller, sealed ball bearings with high-temperature grease, and a sealed and molded fan housing. Speed can be adjusted internally with an onboard potentiometer, or an external PWM or DC control that actively varies blower performance. Onboard IntelliGen™ controller electronics integrate a digital signal processor and add-on expansion cards.
